Professor Thome sees a selected number of private patients in his outpatient clinics at Sancta Maria Hospital and at the Bridgend Clinic.

He offers a comprehensive mental health service which includes assessment, psychometric testing, pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy (individual and group). Acute crisis intervention, emergency treatment or inpatient care cannot be provided in the private sector.

He is registered with all major medical insurance companies including BUPA, Norwich Union and AXA.

Professor Thome provides occupational mental health services to corporate clients, including individual patient care, group sessions, and psychoeducational seminars to employees and management.

He also provides medico-legal reports when required.
